Returns
Items in stock sold online can be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Please contact our customer service prior to shipping back your products for return authorization. All return authorizations will expire after 15 days and it cannot be reissued.
All returns must be in same condition as received. No cracks, chips, scratches. Any returned item(s) must be in the original packaging. The packaging must be intact, and free from holes and writing.
Replacement Products will be shipped ground services. Average turn around time is 10-14 days. Replacements are contingent on current stock status.
Refund Policy.
When items are received and checked in, at our warehouse, we issue a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Custom products made on order basis are not refundable.
Refund Methods.
1. Payments will be sent via check in a mail within 5 business days of receiving and approving the received shipment.
2. Payments made thru credit cards or debit cards will receive refunds credits on the same credit or debit cards.
3. Payments made using “Google Checkout” or “Papal” will be refunded using the same methods.
4. Payments made via wire transfer will be sent via check in a mail.
5. If Payments were made Cash or by Check, will be returned via check.
6. Typically allow 15 days after receiving returns to expect payments showing up on your next billing cycle on credit or debit cards or a check in mail.
7. Any charges acquired in credit cards or debit cards processing, will not be returned, since the company has to pay for processing credit cards. It is usually between 2-3%. The excat amount will be determined based on the amount.
